Make a Payment
Awendaw Sanitation has provided an easy and convenient way for you to pay your bill online using TrashBilling.com.
You can make your payment by using a checking or savings account, or a debit or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Cards and American Express. We will not see any account information and will only be notified when you have made a payment.
When logging into www.trashbilling.com, you will see 2 boxes. You will have the option to pay your bill when you log in through the “View your account” box.
Using your 12-Digit customer ID number, fill in the green box.
You will be prompted to either enter or create a new password.
After completing this step you will see all your contact information (i.e., Name, Address, Email Address & Phone Number)
If you do NOT see this information, double check to confirm you entered the correct 12-digit customer ID number.
You may also mail in your check payment to:

Please be sure to include your new account number, full name and payment amount on mailed in payments for proper payment processing.

What is TrashBilling.com?
Trash Billing is an independent contractor that provides trash haulers with an easy option for processing electronic payments and managing account details.
How will the charge appear on your financial statement?
"TrashBilling.com" will appear on your credit/debit card or bank statement instead of Awendaw Sanitation Services. For example: TrashBilling.com 802-5603595 VT may appear in the payee field.
New Customer ID/Account Number?
The Awendaw Sanitation Services team will provide you with a new 12-digit customer ID/ account number. This is the going to be your account number going forward and the number you will use to sign into your account on TrashBilling.com. This information will be provided to you by the Awendaw Sanitation Services team beginning Friday, November 10, 2023.
What do I need to do to activate my new account?
Given the transition from the current payment system, SquareSpace, to the new system, TrashBilling.com, your payment information will not transfer automatically. In order to maintain uninterrupted services in December, all customers will need to enter their payment information with TrashBilling.com November 10th-November 17th.
**All customers will begin to receive communications around Nov. 10th with instructions and account information.
When will the new system go live?
Invoices will be processed through TrashBilling.com beginning December 1, 2023.
